The beauty brand KAHI announced on the 4th that the pre-registration for its cooking class was fully booked in just 7 minutes.

 

On the 27th, when KAHI’s cooking class reservation system opened, approximately 500 people rushed to book at once, resulting in all spots for the week being filled within 7 minutes.

 

Since May, KAHI has been running a cooking class themed around caviar, known as one of the world’s top three delicacies. The class was started as a gesture of gratitude for the love the brand has received and to convey the message that “true value is delivered through abundance.” Anyone can participate through pre-registration, without any fees.

 

Initially, KAHI invited mostly existing customers to fill the seats at the cooking class. However, word quickly spread about the class’s high-level service, comparable to that of a five-star hotel, and the opportunity to experience a generous amount of caviar. This led to visits from celebrities, influencers, and even international guests. Currently, the class is so popular that reservations for about a month are nearly full, turning it into a trendy hotspot.

 

Jae Jeong-won, the head chef of KAHI’s cooking class, commented, “When you only eat a little caviar, it’s hard to truly appreciate the taste, but when you take a full bite, you can really experience the richness.” He added, “Similarly, you can only see changes in your skin when you use skincare products filled with high-quality ingredients, and this is what I wanted to communicate through the food.”

 

KAHI Cooking Class reservations can be made online every Monday at 10 AM through Catch Table. Reservations open for dates three weeks in advance, and participants can choose between two time slots: 11 AM and 2:30 PM.

 

Additionally, KAHI announced that they have formed a special partnership with Alma Caviar Farm in Chungju, a domestic producer that adheres to sustainable caviar farming practices. Through this partnership, KAHI is able to stably supply high-quality caviar at reasonable prices, and they plan to expand various events featuring caviar in the future.
